After making new foods and eating all week I have to get up and MOVE!! My exercise of choice is walking and hiking. So most weekdays I would put on my sneakers and head out my front door for a walk but when we moved to Tennessee 2 years ago I was no longer able to do that. Our house is on a curvy road and forget sidewalks most of the way doesn’t even have shoulders, just ditches or cliffs, so a quick walk was out. So I had to find somewhere to walk – close and safe and if the scenery was pleasant even better. Lucky for me there is a state park 15 minutes from my house!!
