1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp butter, melted
¾ cup low fat vanilla yogurt (I used Stoneyfield Farm Organic)
3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup milk
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
Mix together all dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, granulated sugar, cocoa, and shredded coconut.
Combine wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, yogurt, melted chocolate, vanilla, and milk.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix.
Spoon or pipe batter into pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool a few minutes on wire rack.
Makes 12 doughnuts
